There are 13 Panchayats in Paddar but when it comes to talk about villages there are many. Gulabgarh is the centre place in Paddar where one of the biggest tributary Bhot Nallah which originate in Paddar meet one of the mightiest river of J & K, Chenab.
So in order to make it better understandable we split up Paddar into three regions based on the main tributary which flows in the respective region. These are:
- Upto Sansari Nallah (To the Side of Himachal)
- Bhot Nallah Valley ( To the side of Zanskar) and
- Upto Lidrari Nallah ( To the side of Kishtwar)

Sansari Nallah is the boundary of Paddar that touches Himachal Pardesh.To this side there are 7 villages and 25 big and small villages.These are:
UPTO SANSARI NALLAH
- Ku Thaa
- Bhin Thaa
- Bhin Thaa
- Andri Thaa

Now in the Bhot Nallah Valley we have about 30+ villages. Some villages are big while some are small. Their names go like this:
MACHAIL VALLEY ( Bhot Nallah Valley )
- Suklyan Gwari
- Huryan Gwari
- Thanail Gwari

At last we have Lidrari Nallah Valley. This is a nallah from where the Paddar starts from Jammu side. There are about 18 big and small villages. Here is a list:
