In its major exercise of clearance of proposals Forest Advisory Committee headed by Chief Secretary BR Subrahmanyam in its 116th meeting cleared about 53 proposals on October 3 regarding use of forest land in J&K.

It is a good news that Gandhari road also got forest clearance for the construction of road from Shawas to Gandhari. All about 40 proposals of PMGSY have got forest clearance in this meeting held in Secretariat. Gandhari road was also one such which waited for the long time. Now that it has got forest clearance it is likely that work on the road will be started soon.
People of Gandhari Paddar waited for this proposal to be cleared for a very long time and now with the efforts of former Minister and MLA Sh. Sunil Sharma this has become a hgh norge reality. People are thankful to him for the work he has done for Paddar.
