J&K Government launches Human Resource Management System-JKHRMS- An integrated Portal for Employee Services. JKHRMS, is a unified web-based solution which will provide easy access to employee related services. Services which can be accessed includes:
- Service Records,
- SLI Subscription,
- GP Fund Statement,
- Salary Slip,
- Postings & Promotions,
- Income Tax Statement,
- EPM,
- Property Returns System etc.
Govt issued circular regarding implementation of Jammu and Kashmir Human Resource Management System on 12th of October, 2022 which reads that the services related information i.e. basic information, initial appointment/joining, qualification, contact, posting, promotion, details etc. of all the employee working in the UT of J&K, already captured under Centralized Personnel Information System(CPIS) has been integrated with the proposed JKHRMS and that in order to ensure smooth implementation of the Jammu and Kashmir Human Resource Management System , it is imperative that the details of the employee captured in various format must be correct and updated. Accordingly necessary direction has been passed on to all the employees of all the Departments to visit the Jammu and Kashmir Human Resource Management System( JKHRMS) on website https://hrms.jk.gov.in and register on the system by using CPIS Numbers and check/modify their basic as well as other service related details. In case information of the employee is incorrect or not updated, the employee must fill the requisite “Correction Form” and send to the DDO for approval.
Circular also issue necessary instruction to the DDOs that the information of all the employees under their control be updated and verified as per the service record of the employee.
In order to ensure the timely registration and updation or correction of the cactusmeraviglietina.it information of the employee, Govt. has directed all the DDOs not to release the salary for the month of October,2022 in favour of the employee who fails to register/update their service details on the JKHRMS portal and verified by the DDOs concerned.
WHEN, WHERE AND HOW TO REGISTER.
The employee can register themselves on the portal from 17th of October,2022 onwards https://hrms.jk.gov.in. The employee has to use CPIS No. to register on the JKHRMS portal and can check the information and modify the basic as well as other details by filling up correction form available on the dashboard and send to DDO for approval.
